How very Churchillian of him. Churchill used our Australians as cannon fodder in Gallipoli in the 1st World War - that was four years before the Yanks came into ww1. Then Churchill used our troops in WW2 in Greece as cannon fodder.

Let me give you a few facts:

In WW1, and WW2 our troops had to be put in amongst the Pommy soldiers to prevent them from running away.

In WW2 our Aussie soldiers were placed with some of the American soldiers to prevent them from running away.

Not the American Marines, they were top fighting men.

This war Bush is so desperate for will bring more shame to America than Vietnam.

At least the Kings of old went out and fought with their men…

Bush is young enough to carry a weapon of 'mass destruction'

He'd be less keen on war if he actually had to go out there and confront the terror of warfare… The citizens of the world do not want this war. Only the politicians want war…
